No, this is not a Veggie Tale song. Abby decided that she would cut her hair last night.
I was talking to her Daddy on the phone and she opened up the bathroom door and said "There you go!"
She had the BIGGEST smile on her face. As I looked at her and saw hair on the floor, I was speechless. ( She cut both sides of her hair )
I hung up with her Daddy, and then she started crying..........I told her it was OK that hair would grow back and that we would go to the salon tomorrow and get it fixed. So she cries even more, "I don't want to get a haircut!" (Oh, and what did she call what she had done?????)
Everyone of our kids have cut their hair at some point or another, Kayla not only cut her hair, but Shay's and the dog's as well!
So, I've went around the house and hid all the scissors- how many times must I do this........(I swear we have 50 pairs of scissors)......
I'm sure most of you have gotten a good giggle out of this.......SHARE.....tell us about your hair-cutting kids.....

Hello:
Abby looks sad in the picture. The haircut doesn't show. She still looks just as cute as ever.
I don't recall her Daddy ever cutting his hair. He was too busy with his Legos to worry about hair.
A neighbor child gave Teri her first haircut. I was fit to be tied. She was only 2 years old and finally had hair. It took forever for her hair to grow. She was bald until she was almost one year old. Then a neighbor had to cut it for her. Teri's brothers didn't bother her hair. For that matter they didn't bother her and her dolls. The second haircut was because she got bubble gum in her hair. Girls have more problems with their hair.
I do remember giving myself a haircut when I was four years old. The punishment was the worst ever. My cousin took me to the barber shop and got me a crew cut. That was humiliating. Never did that again.
Love you all,
Mom, Emory, Dad and Josh
Brandi never cut her own hair. But she cut Vicki's and my other cat Skunky and alot of her dolls hair...Melissa will have to teach us how to hula...
We were about to walk out the door to go and have some PROFESSIONAL pictures made, and as I was running around trying to scoop up all the kids and put them in the car, I found some blonde hair on the carpet...I reached down and picked it up and I could tell by the feel of it, that it WASN'T Barbie's hair!!!!
My 3 year old daughter Aprile, had cut her bangs right to her head!!!! I was so SHOCKED but as they say
